Who may use Maarga
Maarga is built for registered medical practitioners and authorized clinic staff. Accounts are provisioned for a clinic: each doctor may sign in with their own email address, or a clinic may share one sign-in among its doctors and attribute each consultation to the treating clinician.
Clinical responsibility
Maarga transcribes consultations and drafts clinical notes. Drafts can contain errors or omissions. Every note, prescription, summary, and letter must be reviewed and verified by the treating clinician before it is saved or shared. Maarga does not diagnose or treat patients and is not a substitute for clinical judgment.
Consent and lawful use
Record a consultation only with the patient's consent and in compliance with applicable laws, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and professional medical record regulations.
Clinic data
The clinic owns its patients' records. Maarga processes them solely to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. A clinic may export its notes at any time or request deletion of its data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
